These terms govern your use of our medical escort services and first aid training programs, ensuring a clear understanding between you and our company. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we advise you to refrain from using our services.
Our medical escort services provide professional medical supervision during travel for individuals with medical needs. Before confirming a booking, clients must provide accurate medical details to ensure proper assistance. While we strive to offer a safe and comfortable journey, we do not provide emergency ambulance services or critical care beyond our professional scope. Clients acknowledge that medical travel involves risks, and we are not liable for any unforeseen complications that may arise during the journey. It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information to ensure a smooth and safe escort process.
Our first aid training programs are designed to equip individuals and organizations with life-saving skills. These training sessions focus on CPR, wound care, choking intervention, and emergency response. While we provide thorough instruction, completing our training does not certify individuals as healthcare professionals. The knowledge gained is for general emergency preparedness, and we are not responsible for how participants apply the skills learned. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel training sessions if necessary and will inform participants of any changes as soon as possible.
Payment for all services must be made in full before the scheduled service or training session. Cancellations for medical escort services must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund, while first aid training cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the session. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee, and failure to attend a scheduled service without prior notice may result in a non-refundable charge. We accept various payment methods, and details will be provided at the time of booking.
We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of our clients. Any personal or medical information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except where required by law. Our team is committed to maintaining a professional and secure environment where clients feel safe sharing their medical needs and learning essential life-saving skills.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly when engaging with our services. Providing false medical information, disrupting training sessions, or engaging in misconduct may result in the termination of services without a refund. We maintain the right to refuse service to any client who violates these terms or poses a risk to the safety and integrity of our operations.
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on our website, and it is the client’s responsibility to review them periodically.
